More than 14 days: 100% refund
Between 14 days to 7 days: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: 0% refund
No Show: No refund
Child Policy
We welcome families at Sunflower Saga and offer the following child policy:
Children below 5 years of age will be accommodated complimentary without the need for an extra bed.
Children above 5 years of age will be considered as an extra person in the same room, inclusive of an extra mattress.
